prenatal vitamins will really grow my hair, nails, and give me nice skin. This topic has been talked about before. I was thinking about taking them.
yep - it is just a bunch of vitamins - always a good thing!
i almost had to take a few of the vitamins last year. I got alopecia (sp) from the stress of my classroom. Luckily it hasn't happened since last Feb. and my hair is growing back

i am taking biotin right now and it sux. my nails have so many ridges in them... i could wash my clothes on my nails - they're like mini-washboards.
maybe i'll try the prenatal vitamins....

No I'm not pregnant. I wanted to grow my hair out for the wedding and I've heard that taking prenatal vitamins helps your hair and nails grow.

You don't need the pre-natal vitamins... it's the folic acid in them that will make you hair and nails grow... try and get that instead.
