do you think the interest rates are going to go up tomorrow?
the mtg companies are supposed to have some 'big meeting' tomorrow and the rates could change a lot. Do you think they are going to go up or down? Should we lock in today?

There is a planned increase to the interest rates. I think they mentioned 1/4 or 1/2 %.

Those are just the short term interest rates. That doesn't mean the mortgage rates will go up.
