And what do you think it's made of?
Another bride thought fondant, but I always thought that looked harder? I'm hoping it's not because I love the look of it, but I heard fondant tasted like as$.
I LOVE this look... I would have it with full sized deep red roses and rose petals, with candles surrounding the cake.
Also, I'm toying with making the cake heart shaped. I want to have our monogram subtely 'inscribed' on the cake (either in the 'center' of the round cake or twice on both flat parts of the heart cake) in the same shade as the icing.
What do you think?
