IMHO, no - because of the gathering on the side and its strapless. I would have your BP try them on, you never know!!!

My BP wore similar dresses and there sizes ranged from a 0-16. It was actually very slimming with the folds in the middle. They didnt gather on the side, but i would imagine that it would be slimming. The strapless part is always a PIA so there was no getting around that. There's laced up the back so they were able to make it tighter (or looser). I like it!

I actually heard that gathering is supposed to be flattering on all body types, but I'd be more concerned about the material. Strapless can be tough for certain body types too - maybe see if they have optional straps? That way they have the dress made a little looser, but still have support.

Definately. I'm all for the rouching in the mid-drift. That helps alot.

i think the style is flattering BUT warning about the dessy dresses. . . i tried on a satin dress from dessy - i wear a size 2 normally. . .the sample size was a 10 and it was TIGHT - i know that BM dresses are sized wrong but the worst part was you could actually see like every single little line on my body - i mean it would have to be a no panties kind of day!! you could see the perfect outline of my belly ring!!!! thats something the girls are going to have to try on - but i personally found that chiffon is more flattering!
HTH!

Three of my girls tried the dress on and it was also a size ten...I did not experience that problem tho and the dress is stretch charmeause not satin. I will be sure to check into that again tho if we decide to try it again..Thanks

If I were in your bridal party, I would be concerned that my lower belly bulge would stick out. Id also LOVE some kind of wrap that allows me to cover my arms.

I would think it wouldn't be good for BMs with wider hips.

I picked a similar dress by Jordan for my girls because I have a wide variety of body types. They are very happy with it!

I would just be concerned about how fitted it is around the hips. That is always an area of concern for myself!
