We decided to skip ours but I know some brides tipped $20-40.

We tipped 40. We based it on the fact that he spent over an hour with us and put us in a bunch of poses, locations, and gave a lot of direction. We still haven't seen them but we felt that he was very professional and deserved it, plus we want to keep him working hard for the big day.
