Do you Tip at Tasting?

I have my tasting on SUnday at the Inn, are we suppose to tip them?

We had our tasting at the regular restaurant and the waiters all served us. We left a generous tip.

do you mean a tasting at your RH... well the waiters served us.. so we left them a tip

OMG!!! I DID NOT KNOW THIS!!! We didn't tip ...

oh cripes we didn't either and I ALWAYS tip. . I think I was so anxious about wether we were going to stick with the venue or not it slipped my mind

We left our waiting a very nice tip since the meal was free.

we didn't - we are the worst! but we didn't have waiters serving us.. it was just our guy... i feel bad now..

FH tried to make me feel better about this but I've been feeling terrible since I read this! I am so embarrassed!

I would be worried if they were the same servers at my wedding...lol j/k please don't hate me.

I am sure not everyone tips. I was a waitress for like a month so I became even more sympathetic to servers. So tipping is on my mind. I am sure they weren't upset or anything. Things happen and when you go for tasting all types of emotion get the best of you. (excitement doesn't allow you to think of certain things).

I didnt know if Waiters served us or our BM since it is a tasting. If the waiters are serving us- we are def going to leave a tip.

My place doesnt have tastings lol. Sorry I am of no help.

But for arguments sake, yes I'd give the waitstaff some monetary compensation for their services
