Quick question. Just got back from my 2nd fitting and need to know if I am supposed to tip the seamstress. My mom will tip anything with its hand out... I didn't think she needed to.. do we give her a $20, a bottle wine, or what? so confused.

I don't think you have to, but I know people who have (I think they gave about $20).

I didn't. I paid a lot of money and all she really had to do was take up the hem.

When I get my thank you cards, I am going to send one to her with a tip...probably $20.
