Just trying to figure out my budget for a DOC - do they usually get tipped the traditional 15-20%??

It depends I think on if they are the owner. My DOC said any of my vendors that are the owner (ie- my videographer, photographer, DOC) do not need to be tipped since they are getting the bulk of the money you are paying. She did recommend giving a tip of about $50 to each of their assistants though.

Really - I didn't realize that vendors who own the business themselves don't need to be tipped!? Most of my vendors own their own business...but I doubt that means that I don't have to tip any of them...!? im confused

I didnt tip... i only tipped her asst... she makes enough $$ herself im sure!
