SLEEP with your engagement ring on ?? or do you take it off before you go to bed?
sometimes i just get worried about the stone getting loose or i dont know what!...even though mines is secure in a 6prong setting...and than to top it all of im scared to take it off to cuz i dont wana lose itt ...

I almost never take mine off... only when doing something that will get my hands pretty messy, like kneeding dough, or mushing up grind meat for burgers or something. At first I was paranoid about it and I felt like everything little thing might mess it up...but everyone I talk to seems to keep their rings on 24/ so thats what I did, and now I am more paranoid about taking it off and losing it than somethign happeneing to it while its on.

my fh made me so paranoid about loosing it, i wear it 24-7...i have taken it off once in a while to paint or do things like that...and once i notice its not on i freak out!

I am too scared to sleep with it on. I have already had one of the prongs get caught up in a shirt I was wearing and my hair. I'm too worried it would get caught in my blanket.

I got one of these ring holders as a gift, so that's where I put my ring at night
I use this too!! at night. I can't sleep with mine on because its a high setting and I'm scared I'll scratch myself or something in the middle of the night. I'm all over the place when I sleep

I take mine off at night and put it in the original box it came in. I'm worried about it getting damaged and also worried about scratching myself or FH with it at night.
I also take it off to
- clean / wash dishes - prepare food - shower / style my hair - at the gym at work (b/c I have a tendency to bang my hand on the side of the treadmill - grrr!) - at the barn -- There is way too high a probability of the ring getting damaged when I'm out with my horses. I'd rather it not get dirty / damaged there!
Other than that, it stays on!

So after reading this post I took my ring off last night to sleep.....
....and I forgot to put it back on this morning!!!!!!!!!!
I'm never taking it off to go to sleep. I feel naked today!

Yes, I always sleep with it on, ever since he proposed! I wear it all the time, except when Im inthe shower, but its always near my side. Its so gorgeous , how could I take it off! But as far as cleaning, and cooking, I l,eave it on, which is not good.......
