my doc charges $750 or $1500 for extras. I went for the extras. they pretty much help with everything, and make sure your day goes smoothly. I don't want to have to deal with anything on my wedding day. it seems like a great idea and worth the money. the extras are her coming to a last vendor appt to make sure everything is good with it. and rehearsal dinner since we aren't getting married in a church that seems great. we have no idea what to do lol.
