Partial Day of Coordinator: $ 450

This package is perfect for those on a budget or for those who are undecided as to whether or not they need help on their wedding day. This package includes:

-Once you book your date, we are available via unlimited phone or email.
-Confirm all your vendors the week prior to your wedding.
-Create a timeline for your special day.
-Meet with coordinator 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding to go over all the details.
-Coordinator plus an assistant for a total of 8 hours on your wedding day.
-Emergency Kit.

Full Day of Coordinator: $ 550

This package is perfect for the busy couple who does not have time to think about the tiny details or have time to worry about their special day.

-Once you book your date, we are available via unlimited phone or email.
-Confirm all your vendors the week prior to your wedding.
-Create a timeline for your special day.
-Meet with coordinator 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding to go over all the details.
-Coordinator plus an assistant starting 2 hours prior to photographer’s arrival on your wedding day (maximum of 12 hours).
-Coordinator will attend your final vendor appointments (reception hall and florist).
-Coordinator and assistant will attend Rehearsal (maximum of 2 hours).
-Distribution of gratuities (if requested).
-Guest assistance, attention to special requests and needs.
-Oversee the setup of favors, place cards, menu cards, centerpieces and vendors.
-Assistance with the guest list and seating chart.
-Emergency Kit.
-Assist the bride, bridal party and groom, if needed, with getting dressed.
