My DOC is so hard to get in touch with and it's so frustrating. I'm not in touch with her often right now because I have everything under control but when I email her she NEVER gets back to me...but she can call and ask for her next payment. I emailed her twice this week and no response. I know I can call her but email is best way for me to reach her during the day when I'm at work. It's just so annoying.

next time she calls for a payment say, 'wow, you're really eager to get that payment but not to answer my questions, huh?'

This is nuts - that why you pay a coordinator ..to stay on top of things and return e-mails, call ect. I am angry for you!!!

That is just plain annoying!!!! I agree with PP, her job is to make you less stressed not MORE! If you get to fed up FM me, I will give you my DOC's info, she was great. I am sorry you are having to deal with this
