Here's what I have to give my DOC timing/timeline - processional/recessional orders for ceremony - reception timing and details - all the items that make your day special - copies of all vendor contracts w/their information - guestlist w/table assignments - floor layout w/the amount of guests per table - copies of readings for ceremony -Tip envelopes

PRONOUNCIATIONS of the people's names who are speaking so she can make sure that your DJ (or whomever) doesn't mess them up.
Important Songs (not two notes had played for our cake cutting song and Ryan (from above & beyond) was running at the DJ telling him it was wrong - even though we didn't notice).. She was RIGHT on that...
She held onto our 'card purse' thingy I had borrowed from a friend.
Tip envelopes & any extra cash for EXTRA tipping.

my DOC held onto our rings also until we got to the ceremony and then gave them to the bestman.

Give her the names of who are doing the readings and copies of the readings
My advise make a binder and give her a copy of pretty much anything and everything. Think of it this way -- she should be able to open that binder and find the answer to any question that she may have -- we make them for work so that if there is an emergency and the planner can't go onsite anyone can pick up the binder and run the event. And trust me it has come in handy!
