doc tip
so my doc gives out a tip list which is great but it does state a suggested tip for a doc assistant and then it says 'at your discretion' for the actual doc which i DO appreciate and think it was very appropriate since its 'her'! however it does state a suggested tip for the doc assistant of 75-100 which i thought was a bit high but then even more so, that signifies to me that the doc should get more of course but how much more are we talking here?

i understand its also based on the service she gives that day but a round about number, say???
i was originally thinking before i saw this that the assistant would get 50 or 60 and the doc, 100
or should i do a percentage of the bill and then split that between the two of them, the assistant getting a certain amount less?
