Docs and insurance?

This may be a silly question but I was told by my venue all vendors must provide liability insurance. Now do
DAy if coordinators need to provide this as well?

Also do you pay for the docs meal?

No. I don't think so. What the venue is concerned about is equipment (DJ lights / photographer- videographer tripods) falling on people, or damaging the venue. My photographer is coming with only a camera and doesn't need the insurance; photo booth and DJ do.

ETA: The DOC probably has the longest day of all your vendors. So yes. Feed her.

I would think yes! Any vendors I hired had to have insurance. My photobooth co I used was a brand new co and I couldn't hire them until they obtained insurance.

I believe you feed all vendors (except limo & sometimes pastor) unless otherwise stated.
