If you already don't eat meat go vegan. Quickest way to drop weight!

my dad lost 80lbs on weight watchers. it works, but you have to be very diligent about the points. i also don't know how vegetarian-friendly it is...? if you are vegetarian, i recommend checking out The Raw Food Detox Diet- it is a book by Natalia Rose. I didn't follow it to lose weight, but you sure will on it. And you will feel amazing!

Weight Watchers for sure!
I'm a vegetarian and I lost 40lbs on it before the wedding. it's not just a diet, but a way of life.
I have a LOT of cookbooks and I love cooking, so I try new things that way. It's important to not get into a food rut, which is harder when you're already limited in what you can eat

WW didn't work for me because I didn't get enough points to not have headaches or feel hungry all the time (I'm technically within my weight range for my height but feel heavy for my build). But it worked for my mother and a lot of other people I know. I have been doing myfitnesspal. com. All you do is count your calories daily. It will tell you how many calories and stuff you should be eating a day. If WW isn't for you, def. look into the myfitnesspal.

Re: Does any one know a good diet?
I actually went on the medifast diet and lost 135 pounds. It took me a year to lose 100..and then a half a year more to lose the other 35. But since you have a short amount of time, you can definitely lose a lot quickly if you stick to the diet and exercise. It's one lean green meal...and then 5 of their meals(snacks etc) and they are actually really good. I have been off the diet for over a year and a half and haven't gained anything back...I've had a weight problem my ENTIRE life...and NOTHING ever worked before this diet. My sister in law is recently doing the diet as well to get rid of her baby fat from her first pregnancy and she is almost back down to what she was before becoming pregnant. www.medifast1.com Definitely worth looking into....goodluck!

Another app out there if you just want to watch your calories is LoseIt. It tracks calories and budgets how many calories you can eat per day based on how much weight you want to lose per week. I feel like it keeps me on check and aware of the calories I am eating.

I am veg and I have been doing the Pink Method. You will LOVE it. All you can eat veg? Yes please!!! In fact, the creator of the diet is veg and suggests a plant-based diet for all on the plan. I did the first part of the diet--- a 10-day reset phase and lost 5 pounds in 10 days. I am moving on to the next phase tomorrow. Order it!!!
