Re: DOES ANYBODY KNOW...................
the Sheraton Hotel in Queens. It's close to LaGuardia. Here's the link, click on photos and you'll see it. It looks really pretty, not sure how much it cost though. hth!
Mines a hotel and while they do ceremonies on the beach they don't recommend it, because its a public beach.
They have a roofdeck they do it on as well.
And everything is right there, no need to leave.
Also a hotel--Gurney's. But super expensive room wise. Unless its off peak but its still pricey for what it is.

I almost booked the Garden City Hotel, and they have a really beautiful little garden where they do outside ceremonies.

East wind has 3 seperates RH's and a hotel....an of course and option to have the ceremony outside at Country Gardens and the Estates
dont know about italian ices- maybe look into ralphs italian ices. or i've heard on here about girls who rent like a coffee truck for the end of the night nad you can fill that with anything, doughnuts, coffee, white castle, so i'm sure they'd do ices.
