Does anybody know if flavored coffee beans are high in carbs?
I like drinking flavored coffees black with splenda. Now I am thinking that there are carbs that I did not consider!

I dont think flavored coffee (or any coffee for that matter except that powdered sugary stuff) has any calories or sugar at all. I know they are 0 points at weight watchers, and I know people on Atkins who drink flavored coffee.

I have heard mixed info on this. I think it has to say 'sugar' in the season listing if it is included. If it doesn't list 'sweetened or sugar' you should be okay.

flavored coffee is ok for carbs BUT you are not supposed to drink caffine on atkins - it can make it harder to lose weight
