Does anybody NOT like lennox and hummel and things like that?

I dont know what it is but the style is just not 'me'. I feel so bad becasue people have sent lennox things and they want them to be sentimental amd displayed in my house, but I just dont like them. Please tell me im not the only one?

Got a lenox frame and a lenox vase for our eparty that I CERTAINLY did not register for, and I really don't like. I feel bad returning them though, b/c they were from BMs, so I guess I'll take them out when they come over .

I love Lenox but having too much of it in your house is like, ugggh enough already.
I remember listing one vase on my registry and I got the vase that I picked out but what other people in my family did was decided to get me other Lenox vases that were not on my list! No joke I got like 5 or 6 Lenox vases. I kept the one I wanted from my list and the others I gave away to my mom. LOL ... they have a summer home in Italy that is almost about done being contructed so she is gonna take the remaining vases I don't want to her summer home...Thank god. It actually works out well cuz I have so much stuff still that I got from my shower of which I cannot use cuz a lot are repeats so she is going to take what she can...after all she is going to need stuff for her brand new home...

I don't really like collections of any sort. I think you have to be a little obsessive-compulsive to really collect things.
I really can't stand Hummels. I like Lenox, but not random figurines. I like the Christmas ornaments & vases & things. So does my mom. I get her a lot as gifts.

I don't like Lenox either. Just this week I was sorting through some of my shower stuff (from 3 years ago) and most of the stuff I haven't used is Lenox stuff that I didn't register for. I'm so stupid, because I should have just returned it when I got it but now its too late. This may sound bad, but I'm thinking of regifting some of it...its brand new and there are a lot of people out there who like it. I don't have any room in my house for it anyway and its just dust collectors.

I don't like all that stuff...MAYBE Preicous Moments and those little fairies that sit on flowers, and I like these things called S'mores...they are little characters that look like S'mores, except they have on a baseball hat or look like a dog!!

Not a huge Lenox fan. Not a Hummel fan. I do like some Lladro but not much. I prefer crystal pieces.

I thought I was the only one! I really hate that stuff. MY Future MIL bought us a 'statue' of a intertwined couple I did'nt know what to do with it. I HAD to display it after she asked where is the 'statue' when I first moved in with my fiance. I think I might secretly break it one day, J/K.

Oh she bought me a TASSLE BRIDE DOLL when I first got engaged, she said it looked like me. Even though it had red hair & I have blonde.
I am totlayy grateful that she thinks of me, but if she really knew me, she would know I am totally not into that stuff.

moving is a good opportunity for that to happen.

Depends on the piece.
I wouldn't purchase Lenox or Lladro for myself (I'm not a big fan of Tiffany items either), but I'm not offended to receive that stuff as a gift.
