i do the SAME THING!!! LOL. He works friday nights at a bar and asked me if i would want him to quit that job and i said HELL NO!!!!

i LOVE alone time sometimes! my house is never empty cause i live with my family...and sometimes i just love chilling on my couch and watching tv...alone!
when FH and i move in together--i'll want to be with him, BUT i know i'll want my alone time too. hope he'll understand!

I am so glad someone brought this up! I've been living with my FI for 2 years now. I work 7-3 and he works 8:30-4:30. I LOVE having that hour and a half to myself. and the other day he said it would be nice if i could change my hours so i can take the subway with him. im like...hell no! i need my alone time! lol of course he took it personal. he doesnt understand that a girl needs to be by herself sometimes.

Fh and I live together but our lives don't revolve around eachother. In the begining we were always together and I mean always. Which is fine for some people but we were suffocating eachother. We realised we need alone time. He plays hockey and goes to hockey with is friends. I workout and go to dinner with my friends. Working out is my quiet time. I ride the stationary bike and read my book. Also Fh goes away for business 4 times a year so he goes to dinners and bars while he is gone (he says its just for business but I'm not naive). While he is away I have my friends over or catch up with my family. Everyone needs some alone time and there is nothing wrong withi it.

we dont live together so we do have alone time... but i still see him every single day and love it! I must be nuts Hopefully it wont wear off after the wedding
I think if it hasnt worn off over 8 years, we're ok...

We live together, we spend alot of time together in the evening, after our day is winding down, which is nice.
But I always make time for myself, whether its a dance class, or hanging out with girlfriends. His alone time is working out, or hanging at a friends house. He'll occasionally go out for wings and a beer.
