Re: Does anyone....

Sometimes migraines. I didn't think they even were migraines until I read about them and how most people don't even realize they are migraines, they just think they are really bad headaches. Mine are usually due to weather or clogged sinuses and it's so hard to get through the day sometimes. My mom used to get them when she was younger but worse than me.

I suffer from them too since I was in grammer school. So painful. They stopped for a while but came back about 10 years ago when I was put on the pill. I thought that was the link but when I stopped taking it, I still kept getting them. Finally with the help of my doctor I kept a journal when I would get them and realized that it was due to the weather. Headaches are nothing compared to a migraine.

Re: Does anyone....

YES! I used to get them at least once a month. So bad to the point I couldn't even see, walk, move or anything. I started taking CoQ10 and Magnesium supplements and I have been migraine free for a year now! You should definitely give it a try!

Headaches/migraines. Everyday for the past 20 yrs. was attacked when I was younger and suffered severe neck damage. Actually one reason I love my FH so much he loves me unconditional despite my setbacks. Not the best housekeeper, takeout my BFF, but I still work and manage to laugh everyday, I still have a great life cause I'm alive to enjoy it.
Sorry didnt mean to rant.

Barometric changes affect me a lot as well. My neuro says cause it cause joint pain flare ups, sinus as well.
I get Botox in my head and neck it really does help. Doesn't get rid of them but definitely takes the edge off.
