Does anyone do Weight Watchers?

If so, what do you think?

I just got something in the mail about joining again. I did it in the past & saw results, but honestly, got lazy. I don't know much about the 'new' plan & was wondering if anyone likes it & how it's working for them.

I spend that now on a coffee & a donut.

I have to check pricing for meetings. I need the accountablity.

When I checked online yesterday its said its $30 to join plus $19 per month. If you sign up for 3 months they were going to waive the $30 sign up fee. So basically it will cost $60 to try it out. Thats a pair of boots!

FH and I are doing it- we joined in mid-November we go to meetings on Saturdays in Bay Shore. We both love it and it's working well for us so far. It's tough sometimes, but it's very effective.

I did it back in the day and lost a ton of weight and then fell off the wagon LOL. We figure it's a new chapter in our lives, and we want to be healthy and happy together.

My friend got married in Sept and she was on it and convinced me to try it. She had the app on her Iphone so she gave me her books and I just wung it... I lost 30lbs in 6 weeks and then I had to stop because my BM dress for her wedding couldnt be altered down anymore and it was STILL to big I plan on going back on it Jan 1 and continuing to do it until I lose another 20 lbs or so... I swear by it.. no other diet worked for me and since I was 'using' her membership so-to-speak I lost all that weight for free!!

When I started it I was 190lbs and I had 32 points for the day and 49 extra points for the week. Most fruits and veggies are no points on the new program so for me its super easy cuz I love veggies . The books they give you are really easy to follow and I went and bought one of the calculators they sell in the stores and that tracks your daily and weekly remaining points. Is SO easy! I 'weigh' in on Fridays so that it gives me time to recoup from being bad over the weekends

I'm doing myfitnesspal. It's free and it's just counting calories. FH lost 40 lbs already and lost 28 and we still eat our wendy's

Thats why I LOVE WW!! You can have your cake and eat it too!! All in moderation

what i need is workout buddies -- i can never do it on my own!

im a sugar, candy abuser...few yrs ago i lost 50lbs by cutting out what i loved most...sugar. it work, and pretty fast..didnt even have to go to the gym!
since i prolly put 20back on. i do NEED to lose it lol
so i think ill have to go back to that...only thing i fear is easter peeps!! saying im addicted to them putting it mildly!

lol, nope not me...i only eat one real meal a day and the rest is sugar overload!
thank god, cause then i would be 800lbs!!
