AHHHH I know exactly how you feel. I am going to be 27 in 2 months and I really cant believe it, wow time really does fly

I'll be 28 in Feb. but for me I think I don't really realize how old I am at times. Only for certain things it hits me...but I can't think of any examples now!

i agree. our days of endless nights of drinking and going out during the week are like non existant...im in bed by like 11 cuz im tired....i used to just start going out at 11!!!! my friends and i have dinner parties and drink wine instead of binge drinking hahaha.

although i agree with jess.....its not that we're 'old' just more 'adult' but there is nothing wrong with it. i still have fun!!!!

Thanks! yes I've noticed we have dinner parties and drink wine too but I just think we got a little classier! Don't get me wrong, I still have my friends that go out to the bar every weekend and party pretty hard but that's just not my lifestyle anymore and has not been for a few years now! I guess everyone matures at different ages

Well said - I have the same situation - friends who go out all the time and then friends like me who like to relax and stay in and chill out with a bottle or two!

I like to do both. Fi and I love going out to dinners and going to certain places for drinks after if anything. But here and there I still like to go out to a club and dance all night. Too bad FI hates doing this anymore meanwhile he was one of the biggest club kids. People still talk to him about sound factory all the time, that kid lived there. I don't want to party hard all the time, but I LOOOVE going out to dance with FI so once in a while is nice.

I know exactly how you feel... I just turned 26, but I feel like a relic sometimes. You're right, it's all the 'adult' responsibilities that I've taken on in the past few years. I went from going out to clubs at 11 and coming in at sixto passing out at 11 and waking up for work at 6!

im gonna be 24 in feb ...i cannot even believe it ...but it always makes me feel better that FH is seven years older than me! he's gonna be 31 in March!

Me too, we'll I'll be 25 in May.......it kinda scares me, not sure why.

It is crazy how fast time flies. Sometimes I think about when I was younger and me and my firends use to say, I can't wait til we are 16...after that I can't wait til 18...and then 21. And now we are all old enough to get married and have kids. Crazy I tell ya.......

I now I'm 27.. HELLO! But I can't believe how much time does fly! We're getting married!!! Gosh! Remember Christmas when you were a kid? I lost my grandparents recently and I remember my grandfather playing Bing Crosby and Nat King Cole on the record player. Its like a chapter of your life is closed and here opens another. Bitter sweet.

Colleen I totally understand how u feel...it $ucks...I explain it as 'It was the best of times, it was the worst of times' You just have to accentuate the positive things, otherwise all the badness will eat you up. Happy holidays!!

AND BTW- I'm going to be 26 in 3 weeks and YES I FEEL OLD!!!!
