That is my parents wedding song....how inappropriate for a mother/son dance....but I do have to say that I have seen it listed other places under mother/son as well.....very very strange

I just clicked on the Wedding Songs link under Planning because FH STILL hasn't picked out a song to dance with his mom to and we meet the dj in three days.

Anyway, in the Mother/Son Dance list was the song Always by Atlantic Starr. The lyrics are below. Would it skeeve anyone else out if their FH/DH danced with his mom to this song????

It must be cataloged improperly. I know this song and it was a big radio dedication song in the mid to late 1980's. I'm pretty sure my older brother dedicated it to a girlfriend or two back then.

I was under the impression that songs were listed based on popularity. I highly doubt that this song is popular as a mother/son song!
