does anyone else have pushy BMs?

I have one BM who is like rushing me to do everything.. because of her schedule I have to pick the dress and set this up and that up and blah blah blah... meanwhile, I have a lot going on now and I keep telling her that, but she's just so PUSHY!

then I have another BM who wants to wait until October 8th to buy her dress!



is anyone else going through this?


usually I'm so dominant and bossy, but when it comes to wedding stuff, I'm like a push-over.

your other BM should def buy her dress before Oct 8th ... unless she's willing to pay for a rush order.

as for the BM who's pressuring you into things, ignore her ... don't let her push you into making a decision which you'll regret!

No, I only chose people I knew would be reliable...people who have been there many many times for me over the years.

Also people who I would have no problem laying the smacketh down upon should they need it (which I can't imagine they would).

Even with a rush order they can't get it to her in a day, lol...

to the OP: Yes, some of my BMs are literally THE WORSE not bossy just could care less about the wedding, one even told me to get a grip because not everyone's life revolved around my wedding all because I asked her to go BM dress shopping with me 3 months in advance They are WEIRD!

my sister in law made my life a living hell!
the night we got all the girls together to get sized and order their dresses she stomped her feet because she didn't like the color and stormed out an hour before everyone else.
i get home to find she called my sister, who got her dress sized earlier that day because she couldn't that night, making up some story about how we were all saying terrible things about her, just to start a problem.

my mom was kind enough to pay for her dress to not inconvenience her or my brother with the bill, which we are now out for her dress, and i called her the next day to confront her about the massive argument she started in my home the night before, only for her to reply with how selfish i'm being, i've asked too much of her to be in such a horrid color dress, and that my getting married to FH is the worst decision i'll ever make with my life. the dress pic, in the exact color, is in my albums. everyone else loved it. my best friend, whom i've known since i'm 5 would have been honest if it was that terrible. i'm very easy going, and just want everyone happy. if they hated it, i'd know. i asked too much? i asked her to get her dress sized. we didn't even ask her to pay for it! everything for this wedding, i have done on my own, asking for no help as i've gone. as for FH, he must be awful, he brings me flowers all the time, he paid off my excessive credit card bills, he comes right over when i'm having a terrible day, he's the kindest, sweetest man i have ever met, like a huge teddy bear. he sounds terrible, right?

long story short, witch is out of the BP, i've refused to say a word to her or my brother, of whom i WAS very close with, and i'm not inviting them to the wedding. it breaks my heart to cut my brother off like that but who needs the stress? can't be happy for me? goodbye.

i have to say my girls have been all pretty good SO FAR.
