I stress out all the time. I am always afraid that I dont have enough to pay bills etc (sometimes I dont). Dont mind saving for a wedding. I get paid once a month my pay check is sometimes spent b/4 I even get it.
FH tells me not to worry about it but I do. He is good at saving I am not.

It's terrible!! FI is the same way...he's GREAT at saving...I am too, but I HATE it!!
I think money is a big stresser...and as much as I stress...i still spend...which makes me stress more...so I go out and buy myself something to make myself feel better...lol...its a never ending cycle...

I am stressed..we have the wedidng coming up, Im a grad student so we have tuition, we lost my E ring and insurance is useless...we want to buy a house... its scary. We couldnt do any more than we're doing..but its hard! And stressful!!!!

I WORRY ABOUT MONEY ALL THE TIME! ALL ALL ALL ALL ALL ALL ALL THE TIME! It's very upsetting that I am 24 and having to worry this much about money, but I just hope that as soon as JT is done with school, we will both have decent jobs, rather than me supporting us on a measley salary. I mean, he works, but it adds up to nothing

I'm so bad that I lose sleep over it all the time. Money totally freaks me out, especially since I just barely make enough to pay my bills. Its so difficult to save any. Its so frustrating. I really have to start playing the lottery so I'll at least five myself a chance at winning some!

I stress out over $$$ everyday, not one day goes by that I dont think about how many bills we have and how hard it is to save for this wedding. I know it will all work out, I am constantly telling FI how careful we have to be about spending $ on going out, etc...not only for the wedding and the bills but also to save up for our future. AUghhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Time for my daily anxiety attack!!!!

I do and I don't, DH does enough worrying for both of us. I have had my share of financial woes and I am happy that it is in the past. I am so bad with handling it that thankfully DH has taken this responsibility.

I do stress, especially now that we have a house and mortgage payments which is much more than what our rent was. And there are so many more expenses with owning a home. DH and I both have good jobs but I have huge loans from law school which seems to take up half my paycheck. But sometimes I don't think I stress enough because I let myself buy stuff I really don't need, and then feel guilty about it. I will be really good about not spending for awhile and then I break down. Kinda like when I diet!!

I don't stress at all but I promised myself long ago not to stress over anything : ). I just take things as they come. My DH on the other hand stresses out every day over money and he gets mad at me that I don't lol. I swear I think that man checks his bank account like 10 times a day

Scott is our money stresser. I used to stress back when I first was out of college, but really now I know how much I have and how much I can spend safetly per month. With the baby coming though money is becoming more of an issue since our expenses will go way up and I will be off for 6-weeks unpaid (I get 6 weeks paid too) and then only working 3 days a week for the next 12 weeks, then 4 days a week until the baby is a year old. My salary will not be what it is today so that will change things for us. But I also use coupons every single week, negioate prices on things like appliances, and really try to save where I can.

Yes!!!!!!!!!! ALL THE TIME! I never think we're gonna make it.. started a new budet though, and we've been doing pretty well. Good Luck!

i have posted a thread on this subject... i def stress about money, or at least think about it alot... have you considered financial planning? many accountants offer it for free if you are already their client (wherever you do your taxes). if youhave some long and short term goals they might be able to better manage your funds. just something to think about!

I stress all the time and i think of lot of it has to do with where I live. Dallas is the city of $30,000 millionaries! Everyone lives this lifestyle like they are richer than life, but in realty they are only making $30000! For me it is more frustration than stress. I have friends that driver BMW's, eat out every night (and not at Wendys), go on amazing vacations and have the same job as me! So I know what they are making! It is frustrating because their parents pay their mortgage and all expenses so all of their salary is play money for shopping, partying and going out. It just ****es me off that there is no sense of reality and no value in money here! But, on the flip side, DH and I make a nice living, have nice things and do fine. But when house problems arise (like last weeks water heater disaster) the little padding we did have gets eaten up. But I look at my friends and am proud of myself that I don't need support from my parents nor would I take it to buy extravagent things. If my parents insisted on giving me a couple of grand every month I would at least save it for retirement or future college tuition and not buy a new pair of Gucci shoes each week (ok..maybe I would buy one pair just to have, but then I would save!)
