does anyone else think that they look awful in a veil?
I was looking at my fitting pix, and I really hate the way I look in a veil. def not a good look for me. Even my mom when looking at the pic said that it looks ridiculous on me
I know that with the hair and make up it will look much better but it still wouldnt change the fact that the veil is just hanging there and making me look like a village gramma haha

i used to think i did but now im veil obsessed... did you try different levels of poof and try placing htem in diff positions on your head? there are so many diff veil styles and ways to wear them, the possibilities are endless!
ETA: how are you wearing your hair?

BUT I THINK ITS BECAUSE I PAID WAYYYYYY MORE THAN I WANTED SO I HAVE NO CHOICE

I tried a few styles and all looked the same on me - awful. my head just doesnt like it I guess and I must wear a veil for the ceremony so it has to be 2 tier. so I just got finger tip veil and its mid puffy and I'm gonna just wear it for the ceremony

haha you made laugh. i hated how i looked in my veil too. i felt so silly! so im not gonna wear a blusher. mine is 1 tier fingertip length and its just going to stay in the back lol.

Roz u look gorgeous in ur veil it frames ur face so nicely wish my face was 'frameable' like urs

lucky! I must have 2 tiers. there is this whole thing in the ceremony about it (I think - I havent set up the apt to talk to the Rabbi yet about my duties yikes!)

I really wanted one! but as for the ceremony I need to be covered up there is just no way the Rabbi will be cool with a bird cage veil (this is what I get for wanting a religious ceremony)
