have a huge problem with getting dress... my FH will put on clothes with stains for holidays and not think twice.. it drives me nuts.. and the only kind of shes he owns is work boots and sneakers... AHH!!! looks like hes TSOL for anything but clothes for christmas this year!!!... its so embarrassing!! anyone else have this issue?

TSOL? what does that mean? No, FH has a full wardrobe but since he's 'suit' all week, he loves his sweatpants! I was soo upset last year when he wore them to turky day @ his moms, but he dressed up Christmas w/ my family so .. I'm learing to pick & choose my battles

see last year i bought him clothes to aviod this every happening again.. and he puts them in the back of the closet and never wears them.. and when i say oh what about that shirt i bought he saids.. nah i dont realy like it.. and i flip cuz he could have said something i coul dhave returned it and got something he liked.. but he waits too long this is like the one thing that really makes my blood boil!!...

FH works in construction and wears beat up clothes all the time and stained clothes he loves them ..must be a guy thing

hahaha, no FH actually irons everything and wouldnt wear something out with a stain.
but what annoys me is that when we go out sometimes he dresses in a t-shirt and jeans and i'm like all decked out. then he asks, should I change? arrggg!

ugggh i hate that! FH wears dickies everywhere (thats those mechanic type pants and button down work shirts. . .) and he thinks its dressy bc its not jeans!! so annoying! and then when we have to go out he NEVER has something nice ready! its like 5 minutes before we leave and he is asking me to iron some filthy shirt. . . the other day he told me to just 'hit it with the lint brush and some febreze' umm no!

Well Megan, my problem is the opposite He takes longer showers than me, i mean, he is literally in there for 25 minutes He changes his outfit all the time AND it takes him a LONG f-ing time to get ready because he looks in the mirror a million times!!!!!
It drives me insane!!

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! I know how you feel. This is what I started doing, buying, picking and ironing his clothes when we are going out. It's been working so far.

well im just sooooo happy that im not the only one that has this prob. its really hard to tell him what to wear when he lives at home and i cant pick his clothes out for him!!! the best i wish i could have got a pic to show u what he wore and i just let him do it... a red and brown plaid shortsleeve button down.. with kahkis and BLACK dress shoes..hidious!!!

lol sometimes my fh puts on things that don't match or don't go together (i.e. a tee shirt and a pair of dress pants)!! Otherwise he dresses pretty well!

it's good that FH asks for my opinion before he wears something. but, I'm still trying to get him to take his dressy clothes to the cleaners instead of putting everything in the laundry.

It's good but at the same time can be annoying at times. I like that he dresses nice and all but I am not into all the 'RULES' as he is and I am not a freak about how my things are folded or how they have to be arranged in the closet. But oh well he can do all that then lol

My fiance is just the opposite. He will not wear anything stain, only to work because he is a construction worker. He has a huge wardrobe for formal wear, casual wear.
