Does anyone feel guilt spending money, even its WR?
I am a very frugal person by nature and really don't like to splurge (although I did buy some sweeeeet Juicy flats because I really deserved it ) even when it comes to the wedding.
I bought 8 Things Remembered keychains for my BMs for like $30 total...and I feel like I spent too much! I think I have a real problem when it comes to spending...no matter WHAT I purchase I always feel guilty FH and my friends think I am NUTS and are always encouraging me to indulge myself.
Am I alone?

No, but I probably should start. Maybe my credit card bills wouldn't be so high then!
Edited:
BUT......I almost never pay retail for anything. For designer stuff, I go to the outlets. I always look for coupons or promos, and usually wait for sales. I'm starting to take after my mom. She's the type that if she buys something and it goes on sale the next day, she'll return it and then re-buy it.

I'm sort of in between. If I think it's worth it, I'll spend any amount. But then I'm a big saver in between my slurges.

Totally feel guilty…I’m putting off buying my BM/GM/Parent gifts because I feel like I can get them cheaper if I keep looking.

Almost always.
I splurge on a few things. High-quality chocolate, the occasional pricy bottle of wine, and of course, my travels to see Pearl Jam.
I never feel guilty about any of those.
I always feel guilty about buying new clothes or shoes, or a bag, or makeup, or anything else that I consider to be a frivilous item. I counter it by donating clothes at least twice a year. But I still feel guilty.
eta: I have been having major guilt about wedding spending. FH calms me down by reminding me that it's a once in a lifetime thing, and that we're doing donation favors and feeping the menu cruelty-free, but still...

Sometimes, I can go on periods of not spending any money on anything except the bare essentials that we need or needed for the wedding. But then at times I will just feel the need to go shopping and go on a little spree because I haven't bought myself anything

I'm a frugal person as well. The only time I am not is when I buy for others or when I really really need something. When it comes to the wedding I am budgeting everything to the last dollar because I want to be able to do nice things for a price that won't leave me in debt after the wedding. Its hard....but don't be too hard on yourself! Enjoy this time

i always feel guilty! the past 5 years fh and i have been in the save mindset and now that its time to finally spend the $$ (on the wedding and house) i'm having a really hard time parting with it.

I totally agree with you! When we got together, I was in serious debt (thanks companies that give credit cards to 18 year olds with crap jobs!). FH is a huge SAVER! I ended up in the hospital for a while and couldn't pay my bills, so he combined our checking accounts (he is a banker) and took over the payments. He makes way more than me, so I didn't mind. Eventually, all my debt was paid!
Well now, I feel soooooo bad when I spend money on myself (especially wedding stuff he doesn't agree with!). He barely buys himself anything, so every time I come with something new.....HELLO GUILT!
So, I am ending up cheaping out on a lot of my wedding stuff. As much as I want to spend spend spend, I have to control myself!
