Their wedding is never gonna get here

I mean next month is a year weve been engaged and looking back yes it did go by really quickly but is STILL have another year and 3 months!!!!! ahhhhh i feel like im never gonna get married!

i feel the opposite - 7 months away and in a couple of weeks i will have been engaged a year

right now i have to be honest, i feel the opposite, i feel like its tomorrow and i still have a ton of stuff to do!

but don't worry, time flies, i really mean that, when i started on this site i had 20 months and now i have about 4 months!

ITA - when you get under a year it is going to fly like you have no idea - when i started this site i was over 500 days

I think a big part of it is that FH and I don't live together, and won't be until we're married. We're maintaining our separate apartments and now that there's an actual date - like a circle-on-the-calendar, this-is-it DATE of when we'll finally be living our lives TOGETHER, in the SAME HOUSE, it's become THAT MUCH more difficult to wait it out.
So it's not just the wedding that we're waiting so much for, it's also living together.

But it'll be so worth the wait. The agonizing, when-the-eff-will-this-date-get-here, madness of a wait.

We've only been engaged for just under 2 months and we have less than a year to go so it's not so bad for me. I still have a lot to do and book. Once I'm all done planning & booking vendors, I feel like the wait will seem longer & go by slower. We shall see. But don't worry! It'll get here & it will be the best day of your lives!!

I've said for so long that I wouldn't move in with a guy - unless it was a roommate, because I'd prefer to live with a guy than a girl - until we were married. The amount of willpower to not go back on my word is insane, but I am a woman of my word, and I will stick to my guns.
I just keep saying 'we've waited this long...we can wait a little longer...'

I'm exactly one year from today and I'm officially scared. Tomorrow will be less than a year and I only just booked my main vendors. I'm still shopping for a dress so I can schedule my hair and make-up trials! I feel like a hot mess!

Plus, I've been engaged since July last year, I should've gotten started a long time ago!
