I mean next month is a year weve been engaged and looking back yes it did go by really quickly but is STILL have another year and 3 months!!!!! ahhhhh i feel like im never gonna get married!

Abso-frickin-loutely.
I think a big part of it is that FH and I don't live together, and won't be until we're married. We're maintaining our separate apartments and now that there's an actual date - like a circle-on-the-calendar, this-is-it DATE of when we'll finally be living our lives TOGETHER, in the SAME HOUSE, it's become THAT MUCH more difficult to wait it out. So it's not just the wedding that we're waiting so much for, it's also living together.
But it'll be so worth the wait. The agonizing, when-the-eff-will-this-date-get-here, madness of a wait.
I am in the SAME boat as you....I think living apart until we get married is also an added reason that I think it makes the time feel so slowwwwwwwwwwww.....he also lives in Brooklyn and I live on LI, which in itself is a pain in the arsssse since its a 40 min commute WITH NO TRAFFIC......
A part of us is thrilled to wait to get married but the other part hates it.....it feels like it is going by so slow since it has been 6 years already......
I am sure the time will start flying before we know it and we will be looking back and saying 'where the heck did the time go?!?!??'.....

I still feel like its never getting here and its only a couple of months away for me, but being that I've been engaged for what seems forever, it feels like the wedding it still far away

I started with 673 days... and now we're down to 211... it FLIES by.... I am in a bit of a panic.
We're also waiting to live together so it makes us more anxious!

Some days I feel like it'll never come and then when I think about the $$$ I get scared and then I hope it won't come too fast. Thought I'd cut corners somewhere, but that doesn't seem to be happening yet. Weddings are so expensive!!

when I think of all the months ahead of me till the wedding I totally feel 'its sooooo long from now! ', but then thinking about the last year (me and FH started dating a yr and a week ago) time just flew by like crazy! so I tell myself this will also fly by and I will be still stressing that I didnt have enough time to do it all Joanna I envy that u have more time to be dealing with cute wedding stuff. like Rita said, after we're married what else is there to look forward to?

I feel that way!!! Especially because SO many girls on here... their wedding is in a few months!!! Meanwhile, mine is still OVER a year away! It's crazy!

No, I feel like it's so close. We've only been engaged since May 28, 2009 and our wedding is June 12, 2010. We have less than 10 months and only RH and Church booked so far. I feel like time is going by wayy too fast.

Sometimes I feel that way too... I just want to be married already! And other times I feel like there isnt enough time - aside from booking our venue we havent booked anything else!

my wedding is a month after yours and i feel the same way. i think once we reach the year mark it will make time seem/go much faster. honestly, getting my dress so early kinda screwed me over because it put me into intense wedding mode and has made me really impatient!

It will fly by I am already under 190 Days Im freaking the time has been flying by for us we got engaged JUly 2008 and I feel llike that was yesterday!!!!!!!!! once youo go under a year ( ten mths it flyes dont worry it will get here lol)

I still feel that way but I am looking at my countdown and getting a slight nervous feeling because it says 210 days and I have so much toning up to do.
