i joined today but im a little sceptical. does anyone have a feedback good or bad. i need to lose like 30 pounds

i joined with my mom last summer...and was good about going every week from like august until january.....then i got a really bad cold and stopped going becasue i wasn't feeling well and i didn't wan to make everyone there sick....and after i got out of the habit...i never got back into it.
it's a good workout, if you have the motiviation to go at least 3 times a week.....i did start to see a difference, and it's pretty quick - but the hours are pretty stinky in most of them, so that was a problem for me....
i dont' think i'd join again.....

I go and I feel a lot better.
I have lost a few pounds, but wasn't eating any differently once I started going. I was out of breath beforehand and am now much better.
I enjoy it a lot. The one by me opens at 7am and is open until 9pm (that is in Bklyn though)

I go to Ladies Workout Express! I lost 6 pounds in 2 months, and lost a bunch (over 15 total) of inches! It would have been more, but I have been slacking lately cause we just got our condo and I have been working on that at night.

curves is $150 to sign up (but they have deals on this all the time) and $40/month.

yeah its a bit steap i was a member of an actual full servuce gym and spent less but i didnt really go and had no motivation. i have only gone twice so far to curves and it seems cool because its a enough time for me left to still enjoy the rest of my evening and its just woman and i feel confortable

Yeah wow! I joined Lucielle roberts and even though they charge 40 / mo. they have different plan options that are much less than that. I get free passes all the time if anyone whats to check them out.
