does anyone go to NYSC in Syosset?

Any recommendations for classes there on the weekends?

I go to NYSC in NYC but my future in-laws live in Plainview and we go out there a lot on the weekends. So, I am now trying to go to the NYSC there. I went this past weekend and it was great. I took a yoga class on Sunday and it was ok- I like mine better at my club but it was ok.
