Does anyone has excema??????

It's winter again, and I'm drying up.
This time my face is under attack

What do you all with excema use to help out?

I have it all over the back of my hands - it's so bad my skin cracks and I can't wear jewelery. I feel like I have tried everything and nothing works long term. I seem to have the best results from Lidex. It's hard being on my hands because I can only put medicine on them at night.

For me, I think the NY water causes it because when I go away so does the excema. I have it all the time and it's just drier now with the colder weather.

I used to have it.. thanks to those hot showers.. I used eucerin.. my dermo told me to use cream, not lotion.. and to try and steer clear from hot showers..

Frank has psoroasis.. he has to go to the doc but EUCERIN works BEST .. that and vaseline.

I have eczema... I feel your pain! I use cetophil (soap). I also take Flax seed oil (1 to 2 tbsp) to help the outbreaks. The only real good thing that works are the cortisone creams but I hate using them

DH just started getting it on his hands. His is really bad - they look like tiny blisters.

I have to get some eucerin!

I don't have excema, but when my face gets a little dry in the winter, I use Ponds cream. It really makes my face look rich and not dry.

My Dermotologist prescribed a steroid ointment that worked for me.
