Anxiety?

I am not sure if I do or don't....Just wondering what it feels like...I tried going onto WEBMD, but I was sort of confused...

Here's a good link for you!!! If you DO have it there are lots of ways to ease the symptoms; even little things like excersize and avoiding coffee!!
