Does anyone getting married in the Westchester area have a backup spot to take pictures in case it rains on their wedding day? I didn't even think of this until FSIL brought it up!

What kind of background are you looking for...water, gardens, woods-y??

Our RH is right on the LI Sound, but I'm not sure how the pics would look if we did them inside the RH. I was planning on doing them right on the water/park there. Not sure what other options there are in the Westchester area that don't require permits, etc... And, I don't want studio pics.

The NY Botanical Garden is in the Bronx, so maybe not that far from your RH. Maybe they have an indoor area to use for pics??

That's actually not too far...and a good idea. Not sure though, if they just let people use their facilities to take pics being there will be people who are paying to get married there! Will have to look into it. Thanks!

I haven't thought about that!
But one of the halls I'm considering, Fox Hollow, has an indoor photo studio incase of bad weather.
