eta: (im like quick draw mcgraw)....i am having my mom's ering diamond made into a necklace, with some sapphires on it too...ill find a pic to post...but does anyone know a jewerly designer?something like this.. but i would want the diamond in the middle (its like 1.5 ct.) and then maybe 4 sapphires on the sides

I'm using a guy in Plainview he's great, he is redesigning my ering, which was bought in NYC, and making me an eternity band. If you want his info FM me. My family has been using him for years
