-Break down of payments

-Candles and votives allowed

Things to possibly have thrown in-ice sculpture, table linens, extra station, extra entrée, cake cutting fee waived
Contract: Time, date, rooms being used for CH and Recep. Breakdown of menu, any add-ons, liquor (top shelf), minimum agreed on, linen choice (if included).

Florist
-Will I get to see a sample of my Boks, bouts and cps before the day of?
-When will I be able to make changes up until?
-Do you set up the cps to my wishes?
-If you get a bad batch of the flowers I’ve chosen what will you replace them with
-What time will you arrive to deliver personals?
-What time do you deliver cps?
-Holders, candelabras-are they rented or do we own them
-Payment break down
Contract: breakdown specifically of each bok, each bout, colors and type of flowers being used, cp breakdown, price per, date of wedding, time and location of ceremony and hall, location of drop off of personals

DJ
-Will you purchase songs that I want played if you do not have them in your library?
-What kind of speakers and how many
-What is the set up?
-Do you dress in a tux/suit?
-Is your DJ stand covered?
-Will you need meals?
-What time will you set up prior to?
-Break down of payments
-If 1 man will you do the announcements
-If I request certain songs to be played will you make sure I am in the room when they are played?
Contract: Date of wedding, hall and ceremony location with start and end times, time of their set up and break down, your DJ (MC) name. THERE SHOULD BE NOT TAX-THEY ARE PROVIDING YOU WITH A SERVICE NOT A PRODUCT

-How long until I receive my video?

-Contract: Date, time of arrival, name of your video guy(s), hall name, ceremony name with start and end times, list of what is included in the package.

Limos
-Is cost for 3.15 hours?
-How much is OT?
-How many fit comfortably?
-Will the bar be stocked, champagne, soda, ice, water and cups?
-Do they provide and aisle runner?
-Is there a charge to drive into another county?
-Does the gratuity included go toward the driver?
-Is there a gas charge-what is it and what does it go up to after a certain cost?
-What is the break down of payments?
-If something happens to the original car I book what will you replace it with?
MAKE SURE to get in and out of each car that you book!!!
Contract: Cars that you book, price quoted, pick up location and time of pick up for both destinations, break down of the price for car, gas and gratuity! THERE SHOULD BE NO TAX-THEY ARE PROVIDING YOU A SERVICE NOT A PRODUCT!!!
