The new Martha Steward Weddings magazines has some really cute ideas for making flowersout of tissue paper - I was thinking of making pom pom flowers (from the mag) and putting them on the aisler chairs.

I'm so sorry- I just saw this! Yes, it's baby's breath- the bags are those organza favor bags with the drawstring, that you can buy at Michaels. I think the straps were just sewn on. I love this too. I am doing the baby's breath, but in a dark woven basket.
