I did a search and all I can find is bad things about how nasty and overpriced they are. I have an appt there next week and I am getting discouraged

I had a good experience there as a bridesmaid. I was in the wedding in February - so pretty recent. Also, the bride got her dress there as well and she had nothing but great things to say!

me, my sister and my cousin all bought our dresses from the carle place Bridal reflections and received excellent service each time!

I got my dress at Bridal Reflections. I thought their service was fine.
Honestly I found most of the people at bridal salons to be a bit on the fake side and annoying. It isn't as much about the actual salon but the dresses they carried. For me it was more about finding a dress that I liked.
If I bought a dress for service, I would have bought my dress at Mark Ingram's. I love going there!!!

I use to work there I'm sure you will have no problem finding your dream dress there. The people are nice.

I had a good experience dress shopping at the store in Massapequa. Although the sales staff is young, I found them to be quite helpful and not pushy. I am keeping my fingers crossed when it comes time for the alterations I won't have any problems.

I got my dress at the one in Massapequa and they were incredible with me. Zizi the seamstress was outstanding. I also got my bridesmaid dresses there and they were okay to deal with, see my review for further info. My sister in law also got her dress at BR in Massapequa and she loved it there!

I've had a WONDERFUL experience there! The girls have been incredibly sweet & helpful, and they were one of few salons that had my funky dream wedding gown I would def price around if you find the dress you like, only b/c that's important no matter what you're 'booking.' But, I've had a great experience there so far.

I absolutely love BR. If you I got my gown, BM dresses and 1/2 of my BM jewelry from them. I have been to both stores and got 10% off just by asking. I think they are great. The BM dress attendants in Carle Place are absolutely fabulous and incredibly helpful. I dont have a bad thing to say about them. Good Luck. Go with an open mind when you go dont let the negative things you have read turn you off. I love them.
