Does anyone have good things to say about Bridal Reflections???

I did a search and all I can find is bad things about how nasty and overpriced they are. I have an appt there next week and I am getting discouraged

Well, the selection is wonderful. I've heard good and bad about the service.

Two people I know recommended me to go there because they had great experiences there.

Good luck!

I am ordering through them...I have only heard negative things about the one in Massapequa and it was only about alterations...I'm going to Carle Place.

Their customer service could be better, in particular the girls in the bridesmaid department. They do have a great selection of dresses. If you are lookin for a wedding gown i suggest trying to go during a trunk show, u get a great discount and can meet the designer. I was turned off when i heard one lady that worked there say 'what do you think you are the only bride here? I have hundreds of brides here' I dont care if you spend 500 or 6000 dollars they should make you feel special..thats just my opinion...

It just wasn't for me.

I will give you all an update after I go. Are there any other places around LI that have as good a selection you would recommend?

I didn't think they were terrible. I didn't have a bad experience, but they didn't go out of their way to wow me.
I didn't realize they were overpriced. 2 out of my 3 co-workers used them as well 1. Massapequa and 1. Carle Place and they had good experiences with them too.
Good Luck!

I bought my gown at Carle Place and they have been nothing but great since day one! I went once to try on and then went back another day and purchased my gown. They squeezed me in when I called on a Saturday (same day) and were very accomodating. I ordered my gown in October and it should be in any day now. I have been there like 3 times since and they are always very nice. I bought my veil there as well. They have a great selection. I did not ever feel rushed any time I have gone there. I went once to make a payment with my dad and they let me put the dress on for him. They have been nothing but wonderful and I would reccommend them!

So far they have been wonderful! I have my first fitting this month so we'll see how the alterations go.

love them! i did hear bad things about them but i decided to go anyway because i live by the massapequa one and have always seen such beautiful gowns in the window. so i went to carle place because that was the one with more of a selection i heard and i have nothing but great things to say about them. my girls dresses i got from massapequa and roselynn is wonderful as well as all the girls that work there. carle place i worked with dana who is wonderful!!! also michelle, and a couple other women/girls... im telling u, they go out of their way to help you... i ordered a gown that i loved and changed my mind and they were so understanding and helpful at such a stressful time. they were amazing!!

They had a great selection of dresses, and so far I haven't had any problems with my dress. The ladies at Carle Place are a bit snobbish & IMO they'll do anything to get a big commission. But I had a wonderful experience at Massapequa, I couldn't find a dress I loved there, but I am having my dress shipped to Massapequa for my alterations.

Yes I had. I got my dress from Bridal Reflections, Manhattan. Christine was the person who helped me and she was awesome. I went there in the middle of march and got my dress in april. My wedding was the first week of may. My dress is an amazing Stephen Yearick.
