Yep! We did this we reserved a limo bus to take my mother's high maintenance OOT guests from our Manhattan ceremony to our Queens reception. We used Ultimate Class Limo, they're a vendor listed here and were great. Very prompt, professional, clean, and courteous service. We also got a chartered bus to take them back from our reception to their hotel which they refused to take in any of our 5 hotel blockage.
We did both luxury shuttle bus and eceonomical shuttle bus.

I called McRides in Bayshore, maybe its called Tommy's Taxi? Anyway, if you ever take the train on the Babylon line, in the summer you see their vans taking people to the Ferry for Fire Island. To rent those vans they quoted me $150.00 round trip each van not including tip, for about 16 people. Its similar to an airport van.

It depends were u are getting married and if ur booking hotels but i just booked my hotel at the Hampton Inn on North Ocean exist 63 and if i get ten room they will provide a shuttle bus to and from my wedding!! for no extra charge!! Pretty nice i thought!

im using mcrides to transport my guests from the sheraton hotel to the watermill and back. its a 20 min trip. i think they are charging me $140 rountrip for 1 14 passenger van plus gratuity.

where is the wedding - our hotel is providing a shuttle for the guests to go to the wedding - you may look into that too - it is free
