We are thinking of going with T Mobil.
Can you give me feedback about them (the good, the bad, packages, customer service, etc...)

We had ATT in Massachusetts and were happy with it, but switched to T-Mobile when I was moving to NY because they had the best family/shared minutes plan AND - free minutes between T-Mobile users. For the 6-months DH and I were living in different states we could talk for an hour or more every night and not have it cost a cent (or get charged for minutes).
Now the good and the bad - they have a lot of dead cell areas in Suffolk - such as in our house which really is lousy, but that seems to be improving a bit, and they have indicated they are working to expand the system. Other areas I've noticed bad service - Huntington, areas of Montauk Hwy. Their customer service has actually been very good to us - giving us free minutes when we've called with problems. Both Nokia phones have worked fairly well - every so often they lose the screen image and you have to 'reboot' DH uses his more and the battery is stating to go, but it's 15 months old.
We decided to stick with them because all the other plans we looked at could not compare with coverage and price for what we wanted.

I do and it has been OK. My husband and I have the family plan, 3500 minutes split between the 2 of us for $80 a month. I don't think the service is that great, there are times when I am talking to Gary and I lose him and he isn't moving, he is standing at a job site. Not sure if that is TMobile's problem or not. I haven't had any trouble with their customer service, they have been very helpful any time I have talked to them.

I have T-Mobile (I signed up with them when they were Voicestream). I went with them because I travel a lot for work and they were the most affordable plan with coast-to-coast no roaming charges at the time. The only problems I've had with them have been trying to change my address (I had to call three times to get them to do it!). Other than that, they've been okay.

we have TZONES and they're sooo cool!! We also have gotten $10 off the bill and 300 free minutes when we've called with problems! and they are definetely improving their network--i can tell since about 2 years ago i got a phone for FH when they were VOICESTREAM and it stunk @ first but now it's soo much better! They are definetley better in the Queens/Brooklyn/NYC Areas--
