I fell in love with Caryle on the Green when looking at it on LI Weddings. When I called to make an appointment to go see it they explained that if I wanted a Sat. Eve. Wedding I had to guarantee 200 people. Does anyone know if this is the case or should I call back and speak with someone else?

do you mean caryle on the green - i am pretty certain you have to guarnatee 200 people on saturday night - you might be able to lower that in the winter though
it is less on other nights though
