I don't know of Dodici's offhand, but most restaurants that are not open during the day on the weekend will do a lunch party before they are open for dinner.

if Dodeci's in Rockville Centre does private parties? I know that they don't have a private room, but it's my favorite restaurant... I would love to do the christening dinner/lunch there... ( I know that I'm jumping ahead of myself)

they do have a private room,,but It may not be big enough for the amount of people u are having....
I was there for my dept x-mas dinner and we were about 40 people...
