....in the wedding program, when im listing the wedding party, do i have to do so in order that theyre coming out? or can i just list them however i want? hmm.....thanks!

Hmm...good question. I would have thought Maid of Honor and then the other girls in alphabetical order so you don't have to worry about them thinking you are going in order of favorites!

That's what we did. The Best Man and MOH first then Bridesmaids in alpha order followed by Groomsmen in alpha order.

I wrote them in the order they walked in so that if someone wanted to figure out who they all were, they would be able to do so based on the order and the program.

How did you know in advance the order? I figure it will be decided at the rehearsal and I won't be doing my programs the night before my wedding Well, who am I kidding, I might very well be doing them then, but I would rather get them done with sooner!

I plan on doing it this way too, it's the way I've seen it at most of the weddings I've been to. The order that people walk out sometimes changes at the last minute so I figure this way is easier.
ETA: I figure they'll get introduced at the reception so people can find out everyone is then.

I listed all the girls first, then all the guys. So it reads:
Bride . . . .. my name Groom . . .. my name MOH . . . .her name BM . . . .. their names in alphabetical order by last name FG . . . .her name Best Man . . . .their names GM . . . . . their names Ushers . . . .their names Escorting the Bride . . . my brother's name

It's up to you. You should list the MOH and BM first and then the others due to their responsibilities. As for listing the Bridesmaids, do it as you wish. I listed them across with the guy who was escorting them, so it matched.
