Does anyone know?!
I plan on doing DIY centerpieces because FH wants to take over that since he is creative. We were wondering if anyone knew if they knew of any warehouse, or wholesale places on the island where we could go to take a look for the vases, crushed glass or beads. I have only seen places that I could order online. I don't mind ordering online but we wanted to piece together some stuff to see if it looks right. Also, does anyone have any advice on DIY centerpieces? DIY vs. Florist?
TIA LADIES!!

My friend did lanterns as her centerpieces wrapped with twine/beads from michaels. She got the lanterns from ikea, they were not that expensive. I don't know of any warehouses on the island but I do think ikea, michaels, AC moore, are good places to start. If I wasn't doing flowers for centerpieces I would be all about DIYing it lol. I don't trust myself with doing floral arrangements. Good luck! :)

I have been going to thrift stores (Goodwill, Savers, Island Thrift) and purchased various vases, usually between $1-2 a piece and then I'll be spray painting them. I'm not looking to match everything, so not sure if you are looking to do the same.Dollar Store is always great. You can buy in bulk online too.
I plan to DIY my centerpieces. I am purchasing my flowers from Sam's Club and I'm hoping that my flowers in my garden pop up in time for my wedding, so I can add a little color to my flowers.
I would say if you are doing DIY keep it simple. I'm doing mostly filler flowers in vases, same with my bouquets. I highly recommend planning out what you want to do. Do a test run with some flowers from your local grocery store and see if you can do it. Also, have extra hands help you a couple of days before the wedding.

We're both not really fans of flowers, so I'm thinking about just sprucing up the centerpieces with fillers and water and a floating candle. I rather spend the money on other things. haha is that bad?

I thought I was the only one DIYing it!I bought vases in bulk from amazon. 24 inch trumpet vases for about 200 bucks for 18 vases which was a great deal. I also went on Etsy and ordered flower balls and ordered some pearls on Amazon to fill the vases too.
Overall my centerpieces are gonna be 40 bucks each.

Re: Does anyone know?!
So I have been taking a lot at a lot of websites to see what the deals are from the suggestions that you ladies have made. So far I found that Amazon is the cheapest. I am really just looking for prices just because we are kinda on a budget and if I can save money on the centerpieces and spend on others such as photo and DJ. I just did the total of what I would buy on Amazon. For 36 vases, 36 LED submerge lights, and 36 floating candles it will cost under 20 a table! :) so if you're check out DIY! We are doing the 3 vases a table with the floating candle and some glass at the bottom but that we can get from a store. :)Thanks for your recommendations ladies!!
