does anyone know about alterations?!
i FINALLY was able to find the dress i have been obsessing over, and i tried it on but it was 2 sizes too big, but i figured i had gotten a good idea what it would look like.
i just saw it in a new magazine as a front view on the model (on the website they only show her from the back) and it looks REALLLLLLY bad on her, on top!! i just don't like the way the top is fitted on her at all. the waist is really high and she looks really flat chested.
i don't know a lot about alterations but can they fix things like that if i don't like the way it looks? what i would want is for the waist to be lower (so for it to be fitted lower down on my waist, before it falls out into the bell shape) and for my chest not to look so small (b/c my chest IS small but i wouldn't want it to look it!!!!)
does anyone know if this can be done? or is the style of the dress just that style and that's it? can anything be done??
