Does anyone know about tenant laws?

Original post by jennbaby

My landlord just raised our rent AGAIN!

How much can they raise per year?

No we don't have a lease so does that matter?

He fixes nothing here, my DH does if need be.

He just raised it last year!

Time to move

My FI pays the rent too but I didn't want it cutting into my clothes buying fund so I convinced him to move lol
