My friend wants to do that for her bday this year and this is what she sent us, hope it helps I think it's only for the day.
This one website (http://www.longislandwinetours.com/) has a package:
Chardonnay Package -2-8 people -Limo Trip -Small & Personal -Private Itinerary -Sampling 5-9 wines at each vineyard -Stopping at Briemere Farms or Harbes Farms -Visiting 4-6 vineyards depending on your pace. -6 hour minimum
$67.50 per person based on 8 people. Total package, including tax-tip-tasting fees $704. No other surprises.

I am going on Sunday! we are going to Martha Clara and Bedell...but I have like 20 people and we arent doing a tour...I think they said its like $5 for 4 tastings
